I'm a firm believer in workshops and retreats that achieve three things:

  • The content is relevant to you, your environment, and the specific situation.

  • You leave more knowledgeable, skilled, and clear than you arrived. 

  • What you learn can be applied immediately. 

Each workshop is adapted to meet your specific needs. I meet with the relevant people in your team and structure the workshop to achieve your goals and, sometimes, I'll propose others. The product you receive is tailor-made for you, your team, and your organization so that the difference can be felt, heard, and seen as soon as you get back to your desk. 

EQi for Teams

Our ability to understand ourselves and each other is at the root of a successful organization. When people are collectively productive, processes are more efficient, the work gets done well, customers and clients benefit, employees enjoy their work, and the organization reaps the rewards.  

This program includes:

  • EQi individual assessment for all team members

  • 60-minute evaulation session for all team members

  • Two half-day digital or one full-day in-person workshop on reading and using emotional data in the workplace

Executive Alignment Retreat

An organization is functional only when senior leadership are aligned. 

This two-three day retreat (situation dependant) brings senior leadership teams together, gets individuals on the same page, promotes healthy (and necessary) conflict, airs and works through any misunderstandings or grievances, and sets the tone for future success. 

This program includes:

  • 60-minute pre-retreat interview with each team member

  • Specific agenda based on findings from interviews

  • Two or three-day in-person retreat, or four half-day digital retreat

  • Retreat facilitation

  • Post-retreat report and action plan
